As mentioned earlier, planning to move into new condo, so lots of things got to do. For the past 2 months, besides struggle with works, how to use my limited budget to built up my dream house is also one big task.
Caryn and I have lots of quarrel on to the renovation, from kitchen cabinet to prayer cabinet, from plaster ceiling to painting. Every little thing can be the cause of quarrel. It was frustrating, and very demotivating. However, I guess we both learnt a lot from these quarrel. In a way, it did helps to strengthen our relationship.
I guess, this renovation plan not only about the house, it is also about our soul.

Well... maybe it is too rush to plan the renovation for the Condo. As because of that, you guys some times have no time to calm down and look for some lay out or designs that both of you like lor...
Well... renovating your dream home actually is a very fun process leh... as both of you can spend some time slowly to choose the colors, the decor, the curtains, the cupboards, the tiles... etc... and get to know each other tastes better. Well for me and my gf... we like White coloured stuff... and she will be doing the cleaning anyway...hehehe
budget wise, I think should get those value for money work, even it is a bit ex some times... or else some times the contractors might treat us not as good... as they will say we want cheap, so they give us cheap stuff...
since your capability of earning more $$ is there, just get a loan from some one to do 1st, and pay them up later lor... renovate your condo nicely and you will have good sleep for many years to come.
bryan : the problem is caryn very worry about cleaning. anyway, don't worry we will sort it out..
hahaha... can just employ an aunty who come weekly to clean up your house leh...
