当你看到这个数目,你会想到什么?如果你是广东人的话,或者你会觉得这是一个好数目字,86 = “发咯!”。
对于一位身高才一点七的我来说, 这绝对是一个恐怖数字,尤其是当这数字代表着我的体重!我的妈呀!之前,我最胖的时候是大约80公斤,花了好长一段时间才把体重降至75公斤左右(虽然略胖,但还能接受),现在的我(还要是有背伤在身的我),要如何把这讨厌的86变成76呢?我看,在还未设定好今年的宏愿,这一项减肥大计肯定是势在必行,不能再拖了!

well... up the intake of Raw Vegetables like Carrots and Cucumber. And eat food that needs to chew more before swallowing.
We sometimes can trick our body that we are already full by chewing more than usual.
Cut the intake of Potatoes and Rice (one bowl per meal should be enough). Totaly cut those sweeten food such as sweeten yogurt, chocolates, sweets, even milk with high lactose, eat more vegetables. Less meat and more fish.
The most important is to change your diet as you have not much time to exercise. Be dicipline and you can make it.
i tot thats' your longevity expectancy.

chloe : gain weight is expected but not til 86 leh.. tat's kinda out of expectation
